Robert A. Penman’s practice includes every aspect of corporate and transactional law. His practice includes entity choice and formation, securities law compliance, taxation, contract drafting and review, mergers and acquisitions, day-to-day general corporate work and transactions, and advising clients regarding regulatory compliance.

Mr. Penman graduated from the University of California, San Diego with a Bachelor of Arts in 1993, and received his Juris Doctor and MBA from the University of Georgia in 1997. He has been a member of the State Bar of Georgia since 1997 and the State Bar of California since 2000. Mr. Penman has over thirteen years of experience practicing in the areas of corporate, securities, tax, and general business law. Mr. Penman spent three years of his legal career as in house corporate counsel for a publicly traded battery manufacturer and a Fortune 500 building products distributor.
