Eric L. Jensen’s diverse general civil litigation and business law practice also includes representing clients with a full range of alcohol licensing needs. Mr. Jensen also practices in the areas of First Amendment litigation, appellate practice, personal injury, workers’ compensation, and complex commercial litigation. He is also a member of the National Association of Alcoholic Beverage Attorneys and is trained as a third party neutral.

Mr. Jensen is a native of Atlanta and graduated from Woodward Academy in College Park, Georgia. He graduated from Tulane University in 1999 and the Georgia State University College of Law in 2002. He has been a member of the State Bar of Georgia since 2002. Mr. Jensen is also admitted to the Supreme Court of Georgia, the Georgia Court of Appeals, the Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia.
