T. Brandon Welch is an associate with Graham & Penman's litigation practice. Mr. Welch represents clients in complex commercial cases, construction disputes, personal injury claims, and a wide variety of other litigation matters. Before joining Graham & Penman, Mr. Welch clerked for the Honorable Jack Partain in the Superior Court for the Conasauga Circuit. Mr. Welch is licensed to practice law in Georgia and the Northern District of Georgia.
Mr. Welch graduated cum laude from the Emory University School of Law in 2008. While in law school, he served as an executive managing editor of the Emory Bankruptcy Developments Journal. Mr. Welch also interned for the Honorable P. Harris Hines of the Supreme Court of Georgia and for the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta. Mr. Welch received his undergraduate degree from Wesleyan University in 2003. Mr. Welch is a 1999 graduate of Phillips Exeter Academy.
